✨Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Friday was my kids last day of school, yesterday I was vending at a local car show and tommorrow is my middle son’s 12th birthday. There has been so much going on and I am ready for summer to swoop in.
Yesterday I gave Jesse Borrego ( from Blood in Blood out) a signed copy of my book. He was so humble and kind. He encouraged me and told me to keep writing. That was a dream I never thought possible. So many amazing Chicano men & women paved the path for me to write stories where I could give back to my community and culture. While I am working on Thalia‘s book, I can’t wait for you guys to see the Novela series I have in the works. I will be releasing more info about the series this summer.
