This week many of you will be receiving an ARC copy or a physical signed copy of my debut novel: Punished. A dark cartel romance. A story that came to me a few years ago and just consumed me from the inside out. I started writing bits and pieces in my phone notes and it took meeting my editor to push me to write it out. I left the security of my at home business just so I could make the time to write this. That was a lesson within itself.
I’ll be honest when I say I am still frightened by putting my baby out into the world. It’s like being a mother all over again and that fear of how the world will treat your child had me in panic attacks for weeks.
I’m not sure how the world will receive my book, I’m honestly only concerned with finding a team who will support my vision and support me as my writing and stories continue to go. A billion stories live in my notepad, and I am excited to take you on that journey.
